建築信息模擬(BIM)協調員認證常見問題

 

  1. BIM協調員認證的目標對象是誰？

BIM協調員認證的目標對象是已具有BIM項目相關實踐經驗、符合相關學歷要求並已完成建造業議會認可的BIM協調員課程的BIM從業人員。

 

  1. 我是否符合BIM協調員認證資格？

要獲得BIM協調員認證資格，您必須滿足以下要求：

a. 學歷要求 - 持有資歷架構第4級或以上的文憑(或同等學歷)，該學歷需獲建造業議會認可的專業團體認可或認可的建築、工程、測量、建造或建設相關資格，並具有3年全職相關工作經驗(其中至少6個月在香港工作)；

b. 在最近5年內具有至少1年全職相關BIM項目經驗(其中至少6個月在香港工作)，並能夠展示申請人具備BIM協調員認證所規定的核心能力水平；

c. 成功完成：

      • 建造業議會認可的BIM協調員課程（在2021年3月31日前的一年寬限期內，新申請人無需提交建造業議會認可的BIM協調員課程完成證書）；以及
      • 至少一個獲建造業議會認可的操作級別BIM軟件/平台培訓課程，或持有相關軟件開發商頒發的操作級別BIM軟件認證。

d. 客戶和僱主評估表 - 需提交至少各一份來自客戶方和僱主方的評估表。建造業議會將提供標準化的評估表格。

 

  1. 我是自僱人士或失業人士，可以申請BIM協調員認證嗎？

可以。

 

  1. 我有5年BIM工作經驗，是否必須先獲得BIM協調員認證才能申請BIM經理認證？

除了BIM工作經驗年資外，BIM經理認證還有其他要求，如持有建造相關學位等。如果您能滿足所有其他要求，則可以考慮直接申請BIM經理認證。

建造業創新及科技基金（CITF）常見問題解答

 

1.我想學習BIM，CITF可以如何資助我？資助金額有多少？

透過CITF資助計劃，你可以：

    • 獲得高達70%的課程費用回贈，每個課程最高可獲港幣3,000元或學費70%的資助（以較高者為準）
    • 累積可獲得最高港幣15,000元的培訓資助
    • 這意味著你可以報讀多個課程，直到達到港幣15,000元的資助上限
      例如，一個港幣10,000元的BIM課程，你最終只需支付約港幣3,000元。

 

2.我和我的公司是否符合資格申請CITF資助？

申請資格要求：

 

個人方面：

    • 必須是香港永久性居民
    • 具備相關背景或經驗

 

公司方面：

    • 必須在香港登記
    • 必須為非政府及非受資助機構
      申請過程將由僱主公司協助處理

 

3. 如果想參加EVERBIM的課程並申請CITF資助，需要提前多久報名？審批需要多長時間？

 

可以到下面網站申請和報上課程CITF編號：

報名時間要求：

    • 一般課程需最少提前30天報名
    • 特別定制課程需最少提前8週報名

 

審批時間：

    • 我們大部份課程屬於預先批核名單，審批時間約30個曆日
    • 非預先批核名單的課程則需要60個曆日
      因此，建議優先選擇已獲CITF編號的課程，這樣不但可以確保課程質素，還能更快獲得資助批核。

 

4.如何確保我的CITF資助申請能夠成功？

要提高申請成功率，你可以：

    • 確保選擇CITF認可的培訓課程
    • 提前與僱主溝通，確保及時提交申請
    • 準備好相關的背景資料和經驗證明
    • 遵循申請時間表，預留足夠的處理時間
